F.A.Q.

Your questions. Answered.

Why is this cheaper than the public price?
Your institution has an agreement with Sprintax, so Northeastern University members get the bundle at a reduced rate. You don't need a code — the price on this page is already yours.
Do I need a university email to use it?
No. This page is the agreement — if you reached it through your institution, the rate applies. You can use any email address for your account and receipt.
What if I need more than one state return?
Additional state returns are $49.95 each and can be added while you file — your member rate still applies to everything in the bundle.
How does the refund guarantee work?
Our software applies every tax treaty benefit, credit and relief you are legally entitled to. If you can show that a different preparer would have secured you a larger legal refund on the same information, we’ll refund the price of your bundle.
