Questions after checkout

When can I start?
Right now. Your bundle is already active on your account — sign in and begin whenever you like. It does not expire during the filing season.
Where is my receipt?
We emailed it to you@university.edu within a minute of your order. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then contact support and we'll resend it.
Can I still change my bundle?
Yes, up until you file. You can move up a bundle and pay only the difference — nothing you’ve already entered is lost. Contact support and we’ll switch it over.
Do I need to do anything today?
No. The federal deadline is 15 April for the previous tax year, and you can prepare your return at any point before then. We’ll email you a reminder as the deadline gets closer.
